Monthly Silent hike

Service Description

Monthly silent +/- 5-7km hike with Angelique. Walking in silence within a group can be deeply healing, spiritual, stress relieving and beneficial for the nervous system reset. We hike halfway in silence, break for a meditation and snack and then head back in silence. It's time again for our monthly silent hike (last Sunday of the month) and this time we are off to Kranskloof! Talking about anything and everything all the time can disturb your mental peace and leave you like a running commentary. Give yourself a break while doing something extraordinary! Choose what you speak about and why by becoming more aware of your thoughts and words. -get out in the fresh air -breathe in the open world -become more mindful -enjoy time with friends and like-minded people -picnic and swim at the venue afterwards This in an 8km intermediate hike. The uphill has some technical parts but the downhill is easy. 💰 R150 per person. 🐕 Pet friendly 🥾 Requires hiking boots Length of silence will be for the first 1 hour , downhill is open for conversation. Meet at our studio 7:00am. Or meet us there 8:45. Hike starts at 9:00am.
