This popular class is based on the mind, soul and body connection made when active poses are held. We use hand gestures (mudra), mindful movement, poses (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation to achieve balance and harmony. Although beginner friendly, this is not always a beginner based class and often involves complex poses at the practitioners level.
PLEASE NOTE!!! A late cancellation (cancelling with less than 30 minutes before a class starts) or no show (not cancelling and not arriving) counts as a paid class! This goes towards paying our teachers for their time and energy. Private sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance and cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in student forfeiting the session. If for some reason, the teacher cannot make the session, another appointment will be made upon cancellation.
