1 onion
Cauliflower
2 cans chick peas
3 cloves garlic
1 coconut milk
1 tin tomato
1 tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 cumin
Cayenne pepper
Lemon juice
1/4 crushed ginger
Saute onions, spices and garlic in olive oil
Add cauliflower for 10 mins
Add chickpeas with water, tomatoes and coconut milk. Simmer 20mins until thickens.
