Service Description
Chanting is a spiritual discipline believed to improve listening skills, heightened energy and more sensitivity toward others. Chants can express devotion, gratitude, peace, compassion and call in light into someone's life. There are lists and lists of the benefits that chanting can bring to ones life and yoga journey. If you are feeling disconnected, spaced out, unable to focus, have lack of direction, depressed, anxious, worried, stressed, tired, fatigue, exhausted or want to realign and open your throat chakra, then you may be keen to try this ancient art out. Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms, as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention. Our chanting sessions are kept to being accessible to all and are not religious but rather, the spiritual practice of Raja yoga. Please come in and seat yourself quietly into your space. We will have 10 minutes chanting and 5 minutes meditation.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE!!! A late cancellation (cancelling with less than 30 minutes before a class starts) or no show (not cancelling and not arriving) counts as a paid class! This goes towards paying our teachers for their time and energy. Private sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance and cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in student forfeiting the session. If for some reason, the teacher cannot make the session, another appointment will be made upon cancellation.
