We will collect the item for free within 10km of the studio!
The item needs to be returned in it's original condition with packaging and label. No returns or refunds will be processed if there is excessive damage to the product.
If in stock, your item will be shipped with 24hours of your order being placed. Please note shipping will take longer if the item is custom ordered or if we are awaiting stock.
Our products are not mass produced and are all handmade, so we will notify within 3-7 days of your order when it will be ready to be shipped.
