If you are not entirely satisfied with your order within 7 days of delivery, kindly arrange a return via courier and we will happily refund you or swap the item for something more to your liking.
We will collect the item for free within 10km of the studio!
The item needs to be returned in it's original condition with packaging and label. No returns or refunds will be processed if there is excessive damage to the product.
If in stock, your item will be shipped with 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note shipping will take longer if the item is custom ordered or if we are awaiting stock.
Our products are not mass produced and are all handmade, so we will notify within 3-7 days of your order when it will be ready to be shipped.
