We've got a question for everyone! We know how busy life is and by the time you get to Friday night it's time to just relax and wind down. The Friday class is for this exact intention and has a variety of stretches, breathing and meditation exercises to do just this.
We would be sad to do.away with it completely but see a lot of students are unable to attend the 17:30 time slot.
We'd like to make this class at a more convenient time for everyone so you can all enjoy it ☺️
The question we have is 17:00 or 18:00 for our new time slot on Fridays?
