Join us for a deeply immersive and restorative healing sound experience with highly renowned Mandy Trollip from KZN. From the moment you step into the setup,Mandy is a wonderful guide with a gentle but clear voice. She speaks from the heart and allows each attendee to go as deeply as they want to.

About the Event
About the space:
We provide the perfect place for you to cosy up and relax with a fireplace in studio, gentle lighting and the lightly scented air. You will feel relaxed the moment you arrive, as though you are walking into a place your body knows it needs.Â
About Mandy:
Mandy trollip is a born healer and has been working in the field for more than 2 decades. her practices include kinesiology, meditation, sound & somatic healing and holds a beautiful sacred and gentle space for anyone ready to release and allow healing of any nature.
What you need to bring:Â
To make yourself completely comfy, and surrender into open-hearted stillness as you bathe in the blssful space of rest and digest, I highly recommend you bring along a yoga mat, a pillow, a warm blanket (we do have some), a small cushion for under your knees and an eye pillow (we do have some).Â
It may sound like a lot, but the comfort you will feel in your cocoon will be so worth it!
