Autumn Flow at Riverglades

As you all know, covid tested our community a bit with keeping a studio in the Jukskie Park / Fourways area and we were blessed with the opportunity to move the studio to Chartwell instead of close down. But I know and understand that it's far and just really have felt the need to practice with you all again in a closer location that is more convenient! I will be holding space for my usual sunny and semi-challenging yoga flow this May to reconnect with you and maybe even meet some new faces and bodies, I would be so ecstatic for you to join me.
