2 Hour Flow with Danette and Angie

Angie and Danette have some exciting news to reveal but first, they will be hosting this combined forces flow where you will be taken on a 2 hour journey of all level-flow, breathwork and play. 

Picture this - You arrive to a welcoming late morning and arrive on your mat to center and focus. You will be guided into 20 minutes of breathwork and a warmup by Angie, followed by Danette's clever flow style that gets you moving and grooving in all the ways your body loves! During this time Angie will be offering assists, holding space for play and go-to poses for those wanting alternatives. An unworldy savasana will finish us off where refhreshments and snacks with chats will be on offer.
