Service Description

This series will give you all the tools and knowledge you need to build a steady and sustainable yoga practice. -Learn Basic poses and alignment -Foundational breathing -Hand gestures and Sanskrit terms -Foundational yoga philosophy and theory Session 1: Directions of the spine Finding focus during a yoga class Posture Correct yogic breathing Session 2: Sun Salutation flow Breathing for heat Energetic locks 5 Elements of yoga practice Session 3: Alignment in poses Breathing for cooling Chakras Session 4: Going upside safely Basic Meditation Hand Gestures Session 5: Warriors & Lunges Twists Guided Meditation Session 6: Recap and Test


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE!!! A late cancellation (cancelling with less than 30 minutes before a class starts) or no show (not cancelling and not arriving) counts as a paid class! This goes towards paying our teachers for their time and energy. Private sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance and cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in student forfeiting the session. If for some reason, the teacher cannot make the session, another appointment will be made upon cancellation.
